History Of JAWA

JAWA´s way to success started by launching of JAWA 500 OHV in October 1929, the same month of its establishing. In 1946 the hard and worthful effort was rewarded by model JAWA 250 PERAK, which became the most famous bike not only in Europe but even all over the world. JAWA quickly became famous especially through its success in various competitions with gaining of lots of medals. Nearly 3.5 millions of JAWA motorcycles have been exported to more than 50 countries until now. JAWA Moto spol. s r.o. company was established in 1997 as a successor authorized to use the registered trademark JAWA. In 2004 JAWA celebrated 75th anniversary by introducing a new JAWA 650 cc 4 stroke range.
